New launcher replacing manual download

Previously to stay automatically up to date you had to download the Itch.io desktop app and install it from there. This came with it's own benefits and downsides, benefitting mainly the update process and how efficient it is. But that has now changed with a new specific launcher for SCP:CBR. It is REALLY bare bones and only does what is absolutely needed, which is automatically update the game, but it does mean that you don't need to install the Itch.io Desktop app anymore. Here's a simple run down on how it works:

Simply download the new "SCPCBR.zip" file, extract it and run "SCPCB Revival.exe" to play the game. Not too different compared to manually downloading before, only this time the launcher will check if any new versions are out, and if so delete the old game files and download the new ones. Then it will launch the game. If you are already up to date, then it will simply launch the game.

That doesn't mean the Itch.io app users are being abandoned though, as the "scpcbr-win" release will still be updated with butler for those who prefer to use the generally more efficient Itch auto updater. This will be later replaced with Steam whenever I get a page set up for that, but the new launcher system is here to stay.

Anyway I hope it turns out cool and functional.
